Terms of Service — Reputation Reels by Blue Scorpion Technology Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing services from Reputation Reels ("Service," “we,” “us,” “our,” by Blue Scorpion Studios), users (“you,” “your,” “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all incorporated policies.

2. Service Overview

Reputation Reels transforms customer reviews into customized short-form video stories for business use on social media and/or other platforms.

Service packages include, but are not limited to, Starter and Amplify plans as described on our website.

3. Eligibility

Services are available globally. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

4. Account & Access

Some services require account creation and submission of required business information.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date details.

5. Payment, Refunds, & Cancellation

A non-refundable setup fee applies to each new order.

Each plan includes an initial setup fee and a recurring monthly payment. Payment must be made in advance of delivery.

Refund Policy: If you cancel within seven (7) days after the initial consultation and before system setup, you are eligible for a full refund of the setup fee. After setup, setup fees become strictly non-refundable.

Monthly Charges: No prorated refunds for partial months. Upon cancellation, you retain access to any videos produced through the current billing cycle.

You may cancel any time via email or account dashboard. Your cancellation is effective at the end of your paid period.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All produced video content is owned by you once delivered and paid.

We retain copyright over proprietary technologies, production methods, and platform design.

You may use delivered videos on any supported social media or online platforms.

You grant us a limited license to use your business name/logo/reviews for demonstration and marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise.

Provider reserves the right to include the Reputation Reels logo and/or a “Produced by Reputation Reels” mark within the video content delivered to the Client. This branding is intended solely for quality assurance and attribution purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting false reviews, using content for illegal purposes, or violating intellectual property rights.

8. Data Privacy & Protection

We collect only necessary data to deliver services—contact details, business info, and customer reviews. See our Privacy Policy for details.

GDPR: EU residents have rights to access, rectify, restrict, or erase their data and to object to processing. Requests may be made via email.

CCPA: California residents may request disclosure of personal information, opt out of its sale, and request deletion. Requests may be made via email.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service partners solely for service delivery and legal compliance.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) which have separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party policies or practices.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the involved Service during the prior 12 months.

11. Dispute Resolution
