Charges & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Reputation Reels. We value your business and strive to provide the best possible service. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our practices regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Charges
Your first charge includes both the setup fee and your first months payment.
Setup Fee
We charge an initial one-time setup fee. This fee is necessary to cover the costs of setting you up into our system, aquire all necessary material that may include branding logo's, business images, staff images, consultation time and any other material that may be needed. Prior to being setup in our system we will schedule a consultation call. You have 7 days from the point of purchase to decide if you want to continue after the consultation. If you decide not to continue service prior to being setup in our system, we will offer you a full refund. After that, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Monthly Starter Plan Fee
For our monthly Starter Plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access of the current produced video reviews until the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged, but we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

All setup fees are non refundable. Depending on the plan you chose, setup fee covers the cost of setting you up into our system and all necessary pre prep work. Monthly charges are billed once a month and must be paid before receiving monthly videos. Cancel anytime. No Prorates as you receive and own all videos after production. Starter Plan: You will receive 4 videos per month via a secure storage link in 9:16 format. You can post on any of your social media platforms that support that format. (ie: Facebook, YouTube, etc). Amplify Plan: We do ALL the posting for you. Details and directions are provided after you signup. An initial consultation is required to get all the necessary information needed to get your business setup into our systems.
